The level of customer service I received from the Protec team was better than any other I’ve been to including main dealers. While my car was in for repair they kept me updated at every stage. They clearly explained all costs and made clear any technical questions I didn’t understand. On top of that my car was delivered back to me, repaired quickly, cost-effectively and fully washed.
